I'm based in Blackwood, right in the middle of South Lanarkshire, and I build websites for small businesses across the area. Most of the towns I cover are within about 15 minutes of me, so meeting up is never a big trip.

I've been building websites for over 14 years. Here's how it started.
Back in 2012, I was a college student with a text editor and no real idea what I was doing. I typed a few lines of code, hit refresh, and something I'd made appeared on the screen. I remember thinking: wait, I can just do that? I've been at it ever since.
Most of what I know came the slow way: building things, watching them break, and working out why. Early on, I launched a site that fell apart on my client's customers' phones, and I've tested everything on real phones ever since.
These days the projects are a wee bit bigger. I've moved one of the world's oldest golf clubs onto a modern platform, brought over a dozen sites together under one brand for a machinery company, and built apps that dozens of staff rely on every morning.
What that means for you is simple: I've already fixed most of the things that can go wrong on a project for someone else. You won't be paying for me to figure it out as I go.
Along the way, I learned that a website has one job: getting the right person to get in touch. Speed decides that more than anything, so every site I build aims for a 100 on Google's PageSpeed score. Most small business sites are nowhere near it.

Which areas do you cover?
Mostly South Lanarkshire: Blackwood, Kirkmuirhill, Lesmahagow, Lanark, Larkhall, Stonehouse and Strathaven, plus East Kilbride and Hamilton. I also work with businesses in Glasgow and further away. Most of the work happens online, so distance doesn't stop anything.
Do I need to be in South Lanarkshire to work with you?
No. Being close makes it easy to meet up, but plenty of the work is done over email and video calls. If you're further away, the process is exactly the same.
How long does a project take?
